There is this old wife's tale about adding oils or butters at trace. Lye at trace is still very active and it will take whatever it wants. There is no guarantee that any added oils or butters at trace would end up as your superfat. I suppose you could add them after the cook, but IMO there's no true way to know (without expensive testing) if any added oils after the cook actually end up as your superfat.
Both rose hip oil and evening primrose oil have a short shelf life, which could produce DOS. I suppose you could add them for label appeal on the ingredient list in a small %, but you would need to do some preliminary test batches to see how these oils would hold up in your recipe over time.
Why the pearl powder? Another ingredient for label appeal? Soap is a wash product. It cleans. It won't moisturize, heal any acne or make any wrinkles go away.
