I make a basic goats milk lotion, but some of my customers have been asking for a vegan alternative. Can I substitute Coconut milk for goats Milk?

9oz distilled water
9 oz goats milk
1.7 oz almond oil
1 oz avocado oil
0.2 oz optiphen plus
1.2 oz e wax
1 oz stearic acid
a.2 oz shea butter
0.1 oz fragrance

goats milk 35.71%
almond oil 6.75%
avocado oil 3.97%
optiphen plus 0.79%
e wax 4.76%
stearic acid 3.97%
shea butter 7.94%
fragrance 0.40

From the looks of it you can, but it will most likely not be as rich and thick like it is with goat milk.
