Teach Soap

Has anyone ever worked with the software called "Soap Maker" ? I was gifted this very useful program but have a few questions that the website nor their help files can help with. I am going insane wanting to start using it but am stuck.
In the setup options, several options for water volume units, it lists cups, fl oz, gal, l, ml, pt and qt, as well as cu in and cu cm. I am baffled as to what to use as a setting for this so it can work correctly in making up the recipes. I know everything is measured by weight and not fluid.. Please help! I really want to start using this really neat program.

I use it all the time and love it!
I'm not at home right now so I can't check to see what settings I'm using, but will check back later to see if anyone has answered this already.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

I set mine at fl oz. When I print it will give me fl oz and oz of water. I weight my fluids so I go by the oz.

I measure everything by weight, so my default unit is the ounce. Not fluid ounces which is used for volume measurements.

The program I have (not the professional one) does not allow to choose for ounce in water volume units. For the input for adding ingredients I have it set at ounces. Yet when I print my recipe I am given the choice of what the water is in ounces and fluid ounces.
