Okay, so I ordered a bunch of stuff (including oils) and it came in two packages. One of the packages (the one with the oil) was leaking, badly. I took the package that wasn't leaking in the box, it said package 1 of 2. I gave the second leaking package back to the fedex guy to ship back to brambleberry. Does anyone know if they will send a new package? And if so, we just moved, so can they send it to our new address?

I would give Bramble Berry a call. I am sure they will replace the box and damaged goods. The Bramble Berry team is the best when it comes to customer service!

I would have sent BrambleBerry a photo of the leaking package instead. I would not have sent it back unless I was specifically asked to do that. Why would the courier have to handle something that's leaking a second time?

I would have definitely taken a picture too....only because that's so highly unusual. I've had countless orders from Brambleberry and they always do a super job of ensuring there will be no leaks. Sometimes there's been a bit of oil on the side of the box but it's nothing more than spots.

BB's customer service is awesome - I've had a couple of things pop up within the last week and they've taken care of both of them with NO problem. Like the others said, just contact them....

thanks for all the help guys! I gave them a call but they haven't called back yet. I also didn't think to take a picture. (whoops) Oh well, you always learn from mistakes!
