Business has been picking up for me! I have been making products as the orders come in, I was wondering what products can I make in advance or semi make .I don't have a lot of raw material , but I would like to speed up production.

I'm thinking about whipped soap. Lotion bars. I read somewhere that someone made lotion bars without scents and when they got a order they remelted and add the scents. Has anyone ever did this. I m thinking the same for whipped soap.

Whipped soap like CP soap or MP base?
I make a large batch of lotion bar base, then melt and use as I get an order.

Does re-melting lip balm cause any issues with fractionalization/graininess? Or does an initial tempering at 170F solve that for good?

It can get grainy if you don't melt it slowly both when making the base and when remelting the base. Patience keeps rearing it's ugly head! :lol:
