Think I've just experienced my first ricing after adding FO. I've poured it into mould and top is lumpy bumpy . So other than the appearance will the soap be safe to use?

Yes, it'll be safe. You can usually stickblend it into submission if the ricing's not too bad.

I would check for zap when you get the soap out of the mold. Sometimes ricing leaves lye pockets.
