Good morning all, I made this Bastile recipe last night. I think they look pretty good. Really reminds me of confetti cake.

Soapwitch, I love love love that pink/blue/white soap! I know what you mean about photobucket because it does the same thing with me. I might take a group shot of some of my soaps to post if I get a chance, but I had to tell you that I love that P/B/W soap!

Thanks guys. I was so upset with photobucket. The colors I used were of course BB's neons. I just got my mold and sample pack in the mail and went bazerk. I LOVE the colors too.! I forgot much to my shame to scent that loaf. SO I am doing it again in a little while and remembering the scent I am using BB red lechee tea and patchouli. Smells Super yum.

Soapwitch, those are great looking soaps! I love the pink and blue.

Just a quick shot of some Love Spell that I made yesterday. This was a color experiment where I played with LabColors for the swirls (two different reds) + Red Palm Oil (20% of total oils) combined with some Tangerine Wow for the orange base. What I found out is that Red Palm Oil is a pain to work with because it stains everything (including the silicone lining of my mold).

That's pretty! Too bad the palm oil stained your mold.

Wish I could eat one of those cupcakes Seralinafu, but I'm trying to lose another 10 lbs!

My sweet husband made me a 5 lb wood mold to go with my new BB silicone liner. I decided to try my first pencil line and my first confetti soap. I like the confetti part but can see that I got a bit carried away with my black oxide sprinkles for my pencil line!
I was trying so hard to be careful and not use too much but also wanted an even amount sprinkled over the entire base. I guess the best way to learn is to just do it! I hope that this black oxide won't be a mess in the shower - this will definitely be a family only batch - no giveaways to friends until I can learn to do a more moderate pencil line!

How's that? I'll get the hang of photobucket one of these days!! I made the mistake of editing my pb library and had accidentally deleted the one I posted because I had nearly duplicate photos!! Aaargh!! Tech-savvy I am not!!
