I was messing around with some Melt and pour base I purchased from Micheal's yesterday. As soon as they harden I did not get any "wetness" but after a few hours I noticed all the M&P embeds were all wet. Why does this happen? Are they still usable?

Get yourself a better base. Michael's is not a good quality. With that said, if it's humid where you are, MP soaps can sweat. Yes, they should still be usable. Make sure that you are using the correct amount or a % of any fragrance. Too much fragrance and the soap can sweat too and the fragrance can seep out.
