Safe usage levels for Cinnamon Cassia & Bergamot

A friend brought me some "NOW" brand essential oils she wants me to use in soap for her, and I want to check on safe usage levels before starting the soap.
1. Cinnamon Cassia
2. Bergamot

I know regular cinnamon can be a skin irritant....is the Cassia similar?
Where's a good place to check on safe levels? BB calculator doesn't list these. Also, they are being used independently, in two separate soaps.

According to the IFRA guidelines for cassia it's 0.2%.
Bergamot in soap is a wash off product. The bergaptene in bergamot would have to be applied to the skin and left there (like a lotion).
