I am new to the soap making and have purchased a few molds. When I make my M&P soaps, I have a hard time to get them to release. I do have arthritis in my fingers and hands and do have a hard time putting pressure on my molds. Any suggestions? I have sprayed a little cooking spray in the molds but am not sure that is good for the soap. Thanks! Any help would be appreciated.

A little vegetable oil won't hurt them, but like Soapbuddy said, putting them in the freezer for little bit should make them pop right out.
Also, making sure you don't pour your soap at too high of a temperature will help as well and the the more you use your mold helps "season" it.

After the soap is fully hard (2-4 hours is when it gets less 'sticky'), putting the soap in the fridge for 15 minutes will definitely help.

If you do it much longer than 30ish minutes, you get this:

So, keep that in mind =)

Also, which molds are you releasing from? Some are easier than others to work with.
