Have you actually tried this scrub from Lush? I'm just wondering how it actually works. From the way the reviews read, they just rub this on their body while in the shower and it rinses off as they're using it. If this is the case, I'd go a different route and not add the clay. I don't think it would be on your skin long enough to have much benefit.
If you're looking for a solid sugar scrub, here's a basic recipe: 1 part MP Base 1 part oil (olive, grapeseed, jojoba, avocado, sunflower, etc) 2 to 3 parts sugar (white, brown, turbinado, granulated, etc) fo/eo if desired
If you're looking for a mask using rhassoul clay, here's a basic recipe for a dry mask (then you don't require a preservative): 4 parts clay 1 part powdered oatmeal 1 part botanicals or extra powdered ingredient (cocoa, green tea, herbs, citrus peel powders, honey powder, milk powder, nut powder) - it just matters what you want from your mask.
Then when you are ready to use it, mix a little bit in water, witch hazel, yogurt, etc. Then apply it to your skin.
Play with the recipes until you get what you're looking for.
I hope I've helped a bit and not confused you.
