Georgia Bath and Body where i FINNALLY found a great cranberry chutney - yankee candle type that's skin safe retired the scent!! ggrrrr!!!

what's everyone's take on the common scents ? they have cranberry chutney and i NEED it.

please help!

I can't believe no one responded to this. I just saw it as I had some time randomly looking at what's been posted out of boredom, but ehh, I'd be glad to help.

I use the Common Scents all the time. Sometimes they're spot, drop, hit on the nose, sometimes too light. Your best bet is to order one of their 99 cent sniffies to play around with. They give a generous size for the cost, so you'll get something you can use in a small batch, like M&P, etc...

But they have a lot of different fragrance oils not available anywhere else, so they've been a blessing for me.

Try them out if you get a chance. But always get a sample first, just to make sure that scent is perfect for you. ^.^

I've never used them as I use BrambleBerry most of the time. I have not had scents that faded or morphed from BB. I have too much money invested in my supplies to experiment with an unknown company.

Candle Science has a Cranberry Marmalade thats candle and soap safe that smells a hell of a lot better than the Yankee version of cranberry chutney, I called it by the same name and it was a smashing success selling out well before my season ended, and everyone commented on how much better it smelt

Thank you Ladies! I did end up ordering from them and the scent was spot on. I was in quite the lurch.

i will try that cranberry marmalade. it sounds very yummie! i also found out that yankee is discontinuing their cranberry chutney, so at least for my self, i should stock up! LOL

A second for the cranberry marmalade from Candle Science (as well as the Cranberry Apple Marmalade from Peak Candle which smells identical to my nose). I made a big batch to give away for the holidays and everybody raved about it without exception. Strong, sticks, does not morph in CP.
