How long does it usually take for BB to reply to emails? The dividers in my new 9 bar mold don't fit right, hoping they will replace them but so far no response.

Chuck a post up on the BB FB page and ask - they tend to reply to posts there fairly quickly.

Eek! So sorry about that! The email should be answered soon, I can send in a heads up as well. I think customer service stuff is better dealt with via email or phone instead of the FB page.

Now to find a camera! Mine is in a box stuck in Canada until I get my green card (probably 6 months or so). This middle isn't as wobbly now, but the sides pieces are so bent I can't actually get them out of the mold! My husband is going to try bending them so they are straight. Maybe that will help. We'll find a way to get some pictures for you folks at BB!

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

Sure does! Almost 2 weeks now! Spent the day trying to figure out exactly what we have to submit to USCIS for the next immigration step. Ugh its a long hard process! Planning to go apply for my social on Thursday, at least that's 1 step!
