My Bramblebox arrived today and it was a sad story but wow did Brambleberry take care of me....
The plastic jar of fine glitter was broken badly and it punctured my bottles of sodium lactate and peach kernal oil and ruined my small jojoba beads. Not to mention I was one bottle short of Sweet Almond Oil and 2 lbs short of Shea Butter. So I took pics and called BB...rachel answered and is wonderful! I told her what happened and she immediately printed out a packing list for the replacement and missing items. I did not know my jojoba beads were ruined until after I spoke to her and I called back and left a message and within an hour I had a call back and that was being taken care of too.
I have never had a problem with BB's orders and always order 98% of my supplies from them and shall continue to....I love a company that takes care of their customers.

Fed X had to really smack the tar out of that box to break that plastic jar and puncture two bottles of oil. But the points on the breaks are sharp enough to go through the box. I did save about 6-7 ounces of sodium lactate (which has a wee bit of glitter in it) and I saved about a teaspoon of glitter from the corner of the box.
