Hi everyone,

I've been busy playing around with soap over the holidays. Here's some pics of a little photo shoot I did with them this afternoon.

The first is Peppermint twist made with peppermint essential oil. I did a modification of the hanger swirl, but did circles through the soap rather than up and down.

The second is Dragon's Blood.

The third is Lavender Dreams made with lavender essential oil and did a ITP swirl.

Oops, it wouldn't let me post more than three photos in one go.

First up is banana milk soap, nothing but goat's milk and bananas. No scent.

Then it's fairy floss which is a celine swirl.

Lastly is candy cane (peppermint essential oil) with a hanger swirl.

Good job Mountainlion! You've been busy! I would try a plain white background, so those pretty soaps pop out more.

Ok, I took a risk and decided to try the Tom Ford Black Orchid which smells very sexy by the way and I took pics. WARNING: Those are not spiders!!!! Those are pipettes of CP!! The pic doesn't do the soap justice, I promise it looks better in person!! I will have to save face and make sure I show cut pics!

Can't wait to see the inside!
Did it soap well - no acceleration or anything?

I forgot to mention that! No problems whatsoever. I waited for trace, then added the colorants, THEN added the fragrance . I have to admit that I was on pins and needles though! I am dying to see the inside as this is the first time I used more than 1 color. I used brown oxide, black oxide and red cellini, then added black sugar and glitter on top.

Pyratewench, love those soaps! For that soap that you don't know what to name, how about "Red, White and I Love You"
