Teach Soap

I wish i had bought a few more before they discontinued them for the larger one. I bought the larger but I don't like it nearly as much. I really like the the 3lb size. I only have two and wish I had four. Any one have any they don't want. I like them better than the crafter's choice. I like making the smaller batches and also works out perfect for my six lb reciipes to pour out in two loafs.

Okay that's all. Ann marie please bring back the smaller mold

That one is great! It can be used for CP or MP and HOORAY the sides are straight. I'm already plotting to get another one.

I love my 8 inch silicone log molds like this. However, I am going to be buying some 5lb HDPE log molds in the spring and 2 of these 10 inch silicone molds in the spring

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

The 8 inch are my favorites. I can make a six lb batch and divide between these two. The sides are always nice and smooth. I recently bought the 10 inch. Just a little harder to handle getting the soap out but a good mold and a good price. My sister ask me what I wanted for my B'day and I said another soap mold so she got the 10 inch for me.
I have been using my BB 8 inch for over a yr and they are in just as good a shape now as ever. I like the way they hold up. I bought two when they were closing out. I think that was about a yr ago.

I got 3 of the 10" molds I linked earlier. The first batches I had a really hard time getting out because they were air locked to the bottom and I couldn't break the seal without mashing the soap.

A little sodium lactate in each batch and I also take a long strip of freezer paper and run it along the bottom. That does WONDERS! I hate, hate, hate cutting and folding a full mold liner paper - but one long strip down the bottom isn't too time consuming and lets me pop it out of the mold the next day.
