Thank you! I tried something I saw on soaping101 where she colored the oil and put it directly on top. The oil gets saponified and the color stays. I have to admit I was so nervous about it that after about 2 hours in the mold, I dabbed the extra oil off the top and the color remained. I kinda like the mottled look of it. Rustic just isn't the right word. Calling this one 'Anger Management'

Looks nice Dawn! I was tempted to try this colouring method myself.. but I chickened out!!!


Here is the figgy pudding (piped soap) all cut! Love how it turned out! I left the base uncoloured as the FO has vanillin and I also added some french vanilla FO.

I cannot get over how amazing the Sweet Pea smells! I am in love with it!!!

Here are some shaving bars that I made for Christmas presents. I scented them with Sensuous Sandalwood. I think I actually like the scent better OOB than I do in the soap but I still like how they turned out!
