Teach Soap

So this past weekend I went to my sister and brother-in-law's house for a visit. While there my BIL made me this awesome mold! WOOT! I was going to post it sooner but I wanted to get the bolts for it first. I am so excited to have a nice log mold for once! I can't wait to use it but alas I will have to wait because this weekend is the family reunion and I am just about out of some of my oils, too.





But to cheer myself up I made a purchase from brambleberry today! Looking forward to my bramblebox.

Linda if I measured and calculated correctly it will hold 3 lbs if I pour at 2 inches deep. I can pour up to 2.5 deep and still have a little room if I want.
April you SHOULD have BF make one for you! I think it took BIL just about an hour to do it and that included setting up his tools.

I was looking at this picture last night and my DH came up and said "How much is that one?"
I laughed and told him that your boyfriend made it. I'm going to print the picture and give him the dimensions I want for a 5# mold and, (keeping fingers crossed), I might get one from Santa.

Sherri - I am not sure but I think that is probably could hold that liner! I may have to buy one and try it out. Thanks for thinking of that! Gonna be a while before I can buy anything else though....so for now I will just line it with freezer paper. I don't mind doing it.
