My first attempt at a duckie soap. Had a hard time keeping the duck up straight... Its a small bar cause the mold is actually a plastic container I bought a cheap store here in Germany. Gonna give it to my granddaughter since the one I made for me pass the test. I wrapped it in just saran wrap, pulled it tight. No heat gun or hair dryer used... Only thing I don't like is I poured the blue layer too thin so you can hardly see the blue (i.e. water)

Very nice looking. Good size too. I've used cleaned well yorgurt containers they work good too. and cheap. but you were bravier then me at making the forming duck soap. hope your granddaughter like her duckie. way to go. Melissa

Thanks everyone.. I tried doing a loaf last night with pumpkin embeds. Major fail... :cry:

So, I remelted it all together and just made a plain loaf. I still have a lot of learning and trial/error to go through.. LOL

here something that frist started as a mistake in a tie-dye and I reused it in another way. embeds are litsea and tangerine and the clear M&P is Papaya Mango.

Truly humbling and inspiring to see what you ladies have done. It's also making my wallet itch to hit BB to order more colorants and more of the MP bases. Thank you guys so much for everything you do and post. It really boosts up the confidence levels of those of us who are new to the soaping bug.
