Teach Soap

I've nearly got my conditioner sorted out. It has 21 ingredients so it takes a while to make each test batch.
The main problem has been thickness. The first batch was so thick I had to use a spoon. The most recent batch was nearly there; I will reduce the 'hard' lipids a bit further and try again. For instance the last batch had 1.25% shea butter and 1.25% jojoba oil. I'll change it to 0.5% shea and 2% jojoba. It's a keratin conditioner, has 3% of that in it. I'd like to use 5% but it is so expensive.

Could it be so thick because jojoba is actually a plant wax and not an oil per se?
