Sudsalot, I am so jealous of how smooth you got that frosting. Those look absolutely beautiful!!


This is what I was working on yesterday and will probably never be repeated since I tore my silicone mold (stars) into a million pieces. The bottom is HP made with pomegrante juice. Embed, is high temp MP with black luster mica, top is uncolored. The pom juice was such a pretty red, I am hoping that it will redden a bit more as it cures, and dang every one is going to need polishing LOL


OH and its scented with BB cranberry pomegrante FO

Looks good! I find pom juice will go brown. The red color won't stay red for me.

thank you soapbudyy!! This is Texas so I think the rustic look of it will go over well. I did add a touch of rose clay to it, to encourage that. I wanted pretty natural colors but I am thinking that I should have added some red oxides. Next time maybe

Dawn ~ I love that rustic look. Do you ever have problems with your soap that has large MP embeds in it falling apart? I had a CP loaf with a large Christmas tree MP embed in the middle last Christmas, and the soap fell apart shortly after I started using it Hoping someone has some tips to prevent something like that

A little teaser of my chocolate mint soap only because it doesn't want to come out of the mold yet. I sprinkled a little cocoa on the top of the dollops.
I haven't come up with a name for this one yet. I'm thinking Seduction, because if this scent were a man I'd be begging to do whatever he asked.
