Ok, the fridge it is lol!!
However, now I have another question...as I tried the fridge method last year when I was experimenting with milk soaps and ended up with partial gel....yes gel while in the fridge (I thought the fridge was supposed to prevent gel!) and this is a look I am not crazy about. Is there a trick to this method that I am unaware of? Maybe insulate the corners only so gel reaches the entire loaf while in the fridge?
