Teach Soap

What is your favorite Fragrance Oil that does not accelerate trace or discolor? BB has so many to choose from that short of reading every description or trying them all out by hit or miss it is hard to know which fragrances to try to get a good swirl!! My favorite so far has been Energy FO from BB. I was able to get my best swirl ever (with 3 colors even!), it did not change any colors and we all love the scent! I would love to know what other people have discovered in their trials!

Energy is easy to work with, but I don't care for it very much. BB's Pikake Flower is really nice and so is Wake-Up Rosemary. I used their Indian Sandalwood Cybilla last weekend and it soaped perfectly, too.

Thanks for the great ideas! Soapbuddy, which spicy scent do you like best? I've used Chai Tea which accelerates on me and I loved Arabian Spice. I don't remember how it acted - I stirred poppy seeds into it and it discolored very dark brown! I could probably use it for a swirl if I only scented half the batter.

Arabian Spice is nice, but it discolors. I also like Dragon's Blood, Frankincense and Myrrh, Christmas Spice, Beau Brummel, Cedar and Saffron, Marrakesh, Indian Sandalwood, Nag Champa and Patchouli.

I am loving BB's Plum Tea right now. Yum! It doesn't discolor and gave me no problems in a small batch. Can't wait to make a larger batch as that small batch is already gone!

My favorite FO's from BB that don't discolor, rice, separate or accelerate on me are:
Kentish Rain
Fresh Zucchini Flower
Lettuce

I'm a fan of clean scents.

I like the pikaka flower but I soaped it with pink sugar so I am not sure of the smell alone. Normally florals are not my favorite.
Genny, is zucchini flower a 'fussy' flower smell?
