Thank you! It actually started out like the dreamsicle...a layered soap. But I must've been tired that night..I forgot to spray alcohol between some of the layers! So I chopped the bars up...melted some..embedded the rest in the melted. Lol. I was glad I could rescue it. Oops.

Thank you! Thank you! I've only been doing this for six weeks. But I was hooked within a week and now I've sold so many soaps and have enough of a stockpile to do a show LOL. Everyone that's used them keeps coming back to buy more! This is probably the most fun addiction I've ever had

Oh.. And sorry if this is too many shares all at once..but I wanted to share this one because I got the idea for this soap from two different soap queen videos. There was a video on swirled mp and one on using recycled containers for molds. I used a coconut milk container. And it's scented with monkey farts. I've sold out of three loaves now. I love soap queen videos.

Thank you! I poured green, blue, purple, pink, orange, then yellow. I poked holes in the middle layers when I poured the next, and left the outer layers alone. This one was my first loaf and my first try at a swirl

Oh I don't mind sharing at all. If people hadn't shared with me...I wouldn't have figured it all out myself.

I used a recycled coconut milk container for the loaf mold. (see the soap queen video..I think it's called Eco chic?)

I poured the colors in order of the color wheel...

Basically I figured out the total size of loaf (2lbs) and divided that by number of colors... You melt that small amount at a time, mix in your color, mix in your FO (I divided that by number of colors too)... And pour.

You let each layer get a pretty good skin on it. And then you repeat the melt, mix in color and FO, and pour... For the layers you want to swirl, instead of spraying alcohol and pouring, you first poke lots of little holes with a toothpick into the skin, spray with alcohol, then pour...they'll swirl themselves

Does that explain well enough? I tend to make things up as I go so long as I stay within the math...so I'm not always good at explaining how I do things.

It's a layered soap, pouring before the previous layer sets completely. It's not always about selling vs not selling.

It only swirls like that when you poke the holes though. I tried both ways...it worked a lot better with a really really thick skin and holes. Just pouring when there was a thin skin made the colors blend together too much,
