Teach Soap

I use my regular soap on my hair and it works great for me, but I know many people can't do that without having their hair feel horrible. I did make some shampoo bars and am waiting for them to finish curing to see if there's a difference.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

I use my regular soap all the time too. Somewhere was a post that residue could build up so I use store-bought shampoo once every week or so. No problems at all. I am on my last bar of actual shampoo and only have that left because my daughter doesn't like mint in fragrances (it's an herbal mint eo blend)! AM's soap bar recipe keeps getting pushed to the back burner.
