I've been wondering if this company's FOs are any good, but seeing as how a lot of people have responded to this post I'm assuming they're good?!

Depends on the FO... some are good, other's not so much. Each FO generally has some reviews of it by those who have used it and what they've used it in. A good place to start if you're looking at something from NG. Alternatively there is the Scent Review Board ...

How does one get to the scent review board?

MrsPine, I've gotten some really good FOs from NG, and then some I didn't really care for, but that is the case with any supplier often. Most of their FOs include a summary of how testers have found that FO to behave in certain products, like candles or CP, etc. And most that have been out long enough for many people to purchase them will have customer reviews at the very bottom. I would read through them all though, not everyone is reliable with their reviews I have found haha. If you are a CP soaper, they also just published a complete list of the performance of all of their current (non-closeout) fragrances in CP. I think the thing most people like about NG is the ability to buy 1 ounce bottles for around $2.50 each to test the fragrances out for yourself before committing to buying a more expensive size. They have soooo many fragrances it can be overwhelming, I recommend starting with their Bestseller and Designer sections first.

@Gladly: Thank you, I appreciate your insight. I noticed NG mentions that they're FOs work in CP do they also work well in MP? I don't think I've seen it listed on their site.

MrsPine, most all body safe fragrance oils work fine in MP, regardless of supplier. You won't usually see detailed performance reviews for MP like those you see for CP soaping, where fragrance oils can affect so many aspects of the soapmaking process.

ok so I looked at NG sale FOs.. two questions.... 1, what does the CO at the end of the name of the FO mean? and how many ounces are they?

Does anyone have any experience with the FOs that are on sale? If so, could you let us know which fragrance and your thoughts? I'm quite interested in this sale I just wish I had more info on each scent.

You can try emailing the company for info like description of notes and vanillin content.
