Sorry Carrie, I was diverted from the main question

Since you've no proteins in your recipe and regarding the pH of the emulsion )not lower than 3 and not exceeding

, you can apply Germal Plus as your preservative. I guess you add the preservative after your emulsion is cooled down to around 30 degrees Celsius, don't you?
Germal Plus is temperature sensitive.
