Teach Soap

Any one else thinking of holiday fragrances and items for the holidays?!? I feel like I'm going crazy thinking about what fun things I want to make with the fall/winter fragrances I just got in this week! Cinnabun, frosted cranberry, gingerbread cookies, frosted snow drops, more cremebrulee, etc. I also make wax tarts so have loads of soy wax, that I may make some wood wicked candles! But it's so warm, I shouldn't be thinking of this yet... I fear I may be going crazy for fragrances and soaping! Hahaha

I have Christmas In July soaps ready to go for a promotion I'm doing.

Yup. Just got 2 orders of mostly fall & winter FOs so I can have them ready by late August.

Yep, I have my upcoming holiday scents If I can only find the time to soap.

Lion's Roar (is my name for it - it is NG's Peppermint - smells just like King Leo stick peppermint OOB)
Cracklin' Birch - yeah, I know its a "man" scent but its so inviting like a woodstove, to me

and honestly, I think that's probably all I'll have room for because I have OMH, Elf Sweat (for hubby), Sweet Pea, Teakwood & Cardamom, Hot Pink Lime and Monkey Farts in my hopefully immediate future so I can have these tested since I KNOW I want to have these in my permanent seasonal collection if they do just fine.

Wayyyy too many ideas and just not enough money to hire a nanny

I absolutely love my holiday fragrances! And I have oodles of ideas! I wish I lived closer to some of my suppliers so I could drive there! Lol alas, there's nothing near la Crosse Wisconsin! Ha!

Actually been thinking about fall and winter already too. Not sure what scents I want to use. Anyone know of one that smells like leaves in the fall? I LOVE that smell.

I had a few bars of my Christmas stock at the Farmers Market last Saturday, and people snapped them up! go figure....

My BF gives me a hard time about the house smelling like pumpkin pie and evergreens in the middle of summer, but it's about time to get started on those!

I have seen reports that the pure olive oil (not the EVOO) has dropped to $10 for 3L so I may pick up 2, 3 or even 4 jugs if it has.

All the olive oil is still the same price where I am - nothing has gone down.

I used to get my bubble bath base from Soap Wizards! I actually really loved that stuff but it was SO Pricey with Shipping! (40 dollars for a gallon!) But hey! You're not too far away from La Crosse, I make the trip to Eau Claire every once in a great while. I sometimes end up having to help out at Festival Up there (the grocery biz I work in full time) I wish I had the energy and gas money to take a trip to go and check out all the cool places I get my Ish from

made cupcake fizzies with the frosted cranberry fragrance from wsp. Um YUM! Seriously. I am so excited to have such delicious smelling fragrances filling my apartment again! Thats the best part of soap making, my husband never knows what our place will smell like when he gets home from work! lol
