please consider how many kgs of a herb are needed to get 1 ml of an essential oil

herbs and floral waters are much more milder and with less contraindication than EOs. Please have a look at the following references:

my other references are all in German, but if it is going to be a tribunal and I'm going to defend my statement, I can exactly mention the reference including the page of the reference and copy the phrase here so that you can run the German phrase through a translation machine.

If you really want to include something beneficial, use a water based extract such as aloe vera or calendula, both of these excellent for soothing irritated skin such as nappy rash.
