Teach Soap

Has anyone soaped WSP's Fresh Picked Strawberry or Fresh Picked Watermelon from their Farmer's Market collection? The reviews are lacking from soapmakers and their forum moderators are being slow as crimmus about approving my post (what's up with that...)

Just wanted to know if anyone had used them and knew of any issues with trace, fading or discoloration.

I too wondered about the strawberry, I've heard that it's a scent that is hard to keep in soap. I never wondered about the watermelon because I suspect it has that artificial watermelon scent... which makes me feel ill I do love strawberry though!

They are usually bad about replying to folks there, unless its a missing tracking number. Those queries they answer pretty quickly.

I have a Strawberry FO from BB that is UH-MAZ-ING but it discolors. So I thought I would check around. The one I am asking about is the only one listed at WSP that shows zero vanillin.

I know that the strawberry discolors a bit to a yellowish & fades big time. Sorry, but I have no idea about the watermelon.

BB watermelon ( my favorite scent) as never discolored for me in my M&P soaps. I know nothing about CP though. but the scent last a long time in my soap .. I'm making soap christmas basket for my chruch raffel in the winter so I'm storing my soaps. the watermelon still scents good .. since jan. hope my opinion helps. Melissa

I'm always adding things to my wishlist.. then my hubby see the list and says to me" What the F*** do you need all that stuff for". I reply because I have a soap addiction LOL . its better then smoking cigs. I love the watermelon scent . I often couple it with Black Cherry (BB of Course)...its a good smelling combo.
