Hey everyone! For those who use or sell bath teas, I was wondering whether you might be willing to share some of your favorite blends for me to try out (for personal use)? I've just started to look into bath tea and am now wondering why I never did before. The fragrance and benefits of whole herbs and flowers without the mess? Sign me up!

One problem is, I'm wondering how strong the effect would be if you used BB's large tea bags and filled them 1/3 full as directed. It doesn't seem like the tea would provide a great deal of fragrance or skin benefits when you consider about how much water you're adding it to. Also, would it stain the tub?

There are simplistic blends out there (lavender + chamomile + rose, peppermint + eucalyptus +rosemary, etc.), but I thought it would be fun to try something a little different and to hear about your favorite herbs/flowers.

Thanks!

I don't make them, but I've seen some that have goat milk powder in them and I think that would be wonderful for your skin.

1 cup powdered milk
1 cup epsom salts
1 cup baking soda mix mix mix
about 2oz's finely shredded cocoa butter
about 2 ounces finely shredded CP or HP soap of your choice ( I use my rose complextion bar shredded very fine)
about a half cup of rosehips or rose petals
Sometimes I scent the rose petals with rose fragrance making sure to do this a few days in advance so the powdered milk does not get moist.
i mix it all up very thouroughly and bag in BB tea bags, use the bag as a bath cloth and your skin is super soft and smells awesome. :D

thanks guys, it really works gret ,just enough soap in there to create a little lather and the cocoa butter does it's thing ( pure decadance) you can really tweak this recipe by subbing dead sea salt for epsom,or any other kind of powdered milk,ex.buttermilk powder,or even honey powder, you can do just straight flower petals that have been scented with there companion scent ex. rose petals with rose FO, lavender buds with lavender FO or EO,and i like to add calendula flowers in my flower bud tea's. Good Luck and have fun! :D

Are your flower petals dried? I will have to look at those tea bags before putting my order in. Thanks!
