My latest loaf ... Twilight Woods. LOVING this scent at the moment (and is has nothing to do with being a rabid Twilight fan either - TEAM JACOB!!!). I've been working on this idea for a week now, it's meant to look like the woods...

Brown dirt/tree trunks, green tree tops, blue sky.

PurpleMolly those lil' hearts are so sweet! *pun* I'd like to try that upside down meringue stuff! I have a recipe here somewhere that calls for the real meringue powder, which I picked up 50% off @ Michael's, whipped with m&p. I fragranced my soap with Crushed Raspberries and a touch of Willington's Aquolina Pink Sugar Women Type, but added it too soon and it... it... *sniffle* ... died ...*sigh*

Coolah! I visited your amazing blog and you are very creative! It's amazing to see you form a question and then pursue an answer with such passion and utter enjoyment! She's the mad scientist girls! Watch out! She could cure blindness with those soups of hers! hehe!

PurpleMolly, nice brown sugar soaps - I'll bet they smell fantastic!

Melissa your pieces lool like they came out of a treasure chest or a jewelry box...it would be cute to photograph them lying with a string of pearls and a comb and mirror, like on a dressing table. But then I get these crazy "staging" ideas for my soaps all the time that never work out. It may end up being too distracting or I don't even have the props I'm thinking of.
