Just browsing youtube and i found this video about how to remove thw annoying cp's soda ash from soap with a very simple trick.

I'll have to try that! I made two experimental batches of wine soap that ashed over like nobody's business. And they did it while curing! They were only experiments, but now I can try de-ashing them with steam, too!

anyone else kinda like the ash?? I kinda think it adds character and a rustic quality... Of course if you are trying to avoid "rustic" I can see how you would not want ash....
