I usually make HP soap, nothing special but decided to give CP a go with my new mold from BB. I melted, mixed, and got to trace... started to pour into the molds and it started to volcano on me! I ended up scooping it all back into the pan and using the HP method to finish it out. Any ideas what I did wrong?

My recipe:

4oz Avocodo Oil
8oz Coconut Oil
1 oz Jojoba oil
16 oz olive oil
8oz Palm oil
4 oz Shea butter
14oz water
5.6oz lye
1oz fragrance oil

That happened to me only once and I found that my lye wasn't fully dissolved. Maybe that was it. I dunno. It made me pretty made! :)
