Thanks Mella for the info. Please keep me posted how it works when you wash with it. Let me know if the cinnamon gets on your hands and colors them. I would be interested in trying it as a colorant. Love the way it looks

I made my first batch of CP soap, vanilla almond oatmeal but can't upload the photo. I used goats milk which I froze and then used as slushy when I added lye. I did mix in an ice bath also. I did it slowly, about fifteen minutes and the mixture was thick and I ended up spooning it in to the oils. I need help. The soap looks good and after mixing it all together it came out good was the right temp, but I didn't line the molds well and my cut soap looks kinda like toast I watched videos and they made it look so easy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I like it and the general coloring. Sometimes names come easy and sometimes they have to grow as the soap cures!

Thanks everyone for the commit. And yes I did use a cookie cutter.
I have a handy cap friend. and it's hard for her to hold on to a bar of soap.
So i had her in mind thinking the star shaped edges might make it easier to hold
on to.

These are my halloween soaps, called 'Over the moon'. (I did make some full moons imbeded in a night sky but did not like the sky part.)



These are the pumpkin nut; made with pumpkin puree, scented with arabian spice and almond FO. They should become brown and orange in color.

lavender lady I too have a friend who I give special things to. She had a stroke several years ago at a young age. When she drops the bar of soap in the shower she tells me she has to bend up like a pretzel to recover it.

I cut the traditional bar in half and send it in a mesh bag. She has one for the gym and two for home.
You can find them here, but the shipping is twice what it should be in my view. Might find them in another spot for less. http://pouchdepotinc.com/ I choose the 4x6 and she puts it around her wrist so no more soap on the shower floor!

Soaps Ancient Sedona and Felis Navidad all bb, will darken up.
