I've seen recipes with pureed cucumber (or other fruits) used instead of water (or with water) for mixing lye with. How do I figure in these pureed fruits when creating recipes? Is it the same weight as the water? Any ideas? Thanks!

I've used cucumber and carrot juice (strained) at 10-20% and the rest water.

Don't want to hijack the tread but I tried watermelon juice that I collected from a recent picnic and it worked great with awesome lather. I used 25% watermelon juice and the rest distilled water. Just strained the juice and mixed it right with the water then added lye. The lye turned it a light beige color but the soap turned out good.
