so I just opened my month old cupcake and the frosting has a little brown spots on the inside and a 2 spots on the outside is this mold? and I used jasmine dream fo from bramble berry :)

for the frosting I used 3 tablespoon of meringue and 1lb of powder sugar and fragrance nothing else so this can't be mold right ????

I'm not sure, but could it be the fragrance starting to turn brown? Is it humid where you live?

no it is not humid but they were in my store room and there is always a window open,this has happent before but not like this it went all brown because I used vanilla f, I just hope this is not mold :/

Could this be because I used glycerin soap on the top? that might be making them humid ?

Glycerin soap shoud not cause mold. Do the spots smear, come off easy, dissolve in water or have a different smell?

no it does not come off and it smell just like it should,it dissolves with the frosting same as other ones I have made..this is so weird :/

Hmmmmm....Have you used this fragrance before? That's the only thing that I can think it might be at this point.
