I just made a batch of my favorite soap and used Bramble Berry Sky at Dusk high pH color. It is horrible! it started out looking like it was going to be a blue now it is kind of gray green. My fragrance was lavender................maybe that is what caused it to turn yuk. Also, I sprinkled the top with lavender buds. I gel my soap and when it heated up the buds turned black.

Blue and purple labcolors can have a tendency to go grey if you don't use enough. Do you remember the usage rates?

Also - how long has the soap has been curing? The color may change back to blue just like in this post

Also, Lavender FO does slightly discolor, so maybe a combo of all this got the messed up color?
