Ok, PJ. Thanks. If I had thought that thru on my own, I would have figured it out (like tomatoes in a tin can...), but probably not until I had made an idiot of myself in front of hubby!

What kind of mold do you suggest? We have a mold that is made from some kind of white plastic (?) material (like those cutting boards you see in Wally world), and also a pvc one that is round...Then of course all the molds I have for mp...

PiP- Plastic, rubber, cardboard, paper, PVC, some heat-proof glass, wood, stainless steel - all those will work for CP.
Stay away from Aluminum and brass or any metals that the lye will react with.
If you put it in the oven also,( low temps.) use something that won't melt in the oven. A nice wooden slab mold works well for this.
Be nice to your Hubby's bread pan!
