What I'm waiting for is my supplies. I ordered some palm oil, coconut oil, castor oil, and lye from BB, along with some other stuff. Wanted to order everything from one place to save on shipping. They're running a few days behind on shipping due to a high volume of orders, so I've had time to sit around and think of plenty of questions!

hey way to go! sorry to scare ya the other day with my comment i did not know you would get scared. supersoaps got me doing it with ice cubes too but always wear those goggles. i mix 1/2 water and 1/2 ice and my lye water is ready lickity split. he gives good soap advice huh? do not let the colors and stuff scare you. i found it easier than i thought. see there are a lot of newbies in here. not just you. congrats again.

Oh its ok Love2Dostuff. I just did not want to upset anyone on my very first question here. Now I know what you meant by him having a fit LOL! Glad to know I am not the only newbie here. I am going to go home and unmold my first batch then make another!

hahahaha Sveta is out of town again isnt she and all the women who have horses there are bringing you dinner. hahahaha i knew it. everyy time she leaves all the women make sure you are eating good or else you would not be eating southern cooking. you poor baby. and i am not paying you for a postage stamp but i will bring you some of my nice lotions. when does Sveta return.

She returns Sunday afternoon. She left early this morning for NY. Yes, they make sure I'm well fed. It's very much appreciated.....just difficult to remember who all the tupperware belongs to. I can stay up as long as I want tonight and play soap. Just hope that the impending storm doesn't delay her return. Can't do without my lover for too long.

Supersoaper - since you are skydiving this weekend, I have some advice:

1. Wear insulated underwear.
2. Make sure there are no tractors in the LZ.
3. "Hit the ground running".

Watched a couple videos about tandum jumping (hooked to an experienced jumper). All say the same thing except for the hit the ground running part. When you're hooked to someone else, the rookie is supposed to hold their legs up like sitting on a couch. Looking forward to it but must admit I'm nervous. Was going to do it before taking my skydive out of the hayloft but they had to get an experienced jumper who is at least my size. Told my wife I was going to do it this weekend. Her only comment; "Is your life insurance premium paid up to date?" I can feel the love.

Your wife is very practical. That is the same question I would have asked my husband if he decided to go skydiving.

Dave that sounds awesome!! Out of a helicopter into water? Got to try that!

Was actually told no jumping this weekend. Ended up getting one of the wounds infected. Have to go back for another round of antibiotics over the next couple days. Grrrr. Not a "happy camper". Called to cancel and they told me the weather wouldn't be conducive to jumping tomorrow. I'm in NC we're getting freezing rain now.

All these wives and insurance policies. Man....can just feel the love in this place huh Dave.
