Hey all!
While I was bargain shopping today, I ran across a very nice silicone loaf mold with beautiful waves on the top. It was only 99 cents, so of course I grabbed it! But, this presents a -slight- problem in my foreseeable future.
I'm only making soap for myself, not to resell, so I'm not going to run through soap like hotcakes. So when it comes to making an entire loaf of soap, I can only see myself doing that for my favorite scents I want to keep around long term. I worry though about the soap going bad.
So I wonder...what is the best way to store soap so it doesn't go bad? Can I stick it in the freezer to take out a few days before I run out/need it? Or will that cause too many issues? But more-so...what -is- the best way to keep your soap well long term? Any and all ideas are welcomed!
