If you want to stay "natural", be sure to use an Essential Oil and not a Fragrance Oil to scent it with.

I too have been asked by customers to create a shower gel version of my popular lavender oatmeal. While I don't think that is exactly possible, I am going to try with the goatsmilk base (I just called BB to confirm if this would work for shower gel).

I read on another website that a natural thickener to liquid soap base is xanthum gum. i'm not sure where to get it (haven't really looked) but i was thinking about giving it a try this week or next.

I found it here. It is not expensive. I will have to try that. Now I just need to order the base from BB. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hello,

I have used Crothix liquid thickner in the past. It is quick and easy and effective as a thickner. A little pricey though.
