Teach Soap

If I add paprika for the scent and for the color, would i need to add a preservative to M&P? I am planning on using the following:

1 pound goats milk melt and pour: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Goat’s Milk, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifier), Soy bean protein (conditioner) , Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque Soaps)
1 TBS Cocoa butter
1-3 tsp Leather Fragrance Oil

The paprika i am going to play by nose for scent, no more than 1 tsp i think.

Sounds ok to me. You won't get much scent from the paprika though.
