Hello,
I bought a liquid soap base which has a pale yellow color, my question is I would like to have a white or pearly white color liquid soap, so I was wondering if it is possible to make it white by adding TD to it? If so how much should or can I add into my liquid?
without adding more preservatives

You can add TD to it or use a pearlizer. I would dissolve the TD either in small amount of water, if it's water soluble, or small amount of oil, if it's oil soluble. If you don't know which one you have, put some on your finger, then run water over it. It it's water soluble it will dissolve. If it's oil soluble, it will just bead up. I would start with 1 tsp. of TD dissolved.
