 Post subject: Brambleberry Lotion Base

I have been making soaps and bath fizzies for a while now, and wanted to branch out into lotions for my wife. I ordered some lotion base from Brambleberry, but I haven't a clue what to do with it. lol
All of the recipes I have found are to make the lotion from scratch. With a base lotion, how much fragrance oil is safe to add without giving bacteria a place to live?

This is how I work with our lotion base:

Super simple - pour it out, add some fragrance, colorant is optional (use a water based colorant like a Labcolor or Food Coloring) and pipe into containers. Enjoy!
