My kids are grown up and away to school, so now my cats have assumed the responsibility of getting in the way in the kitchen.

By the way - no cats were harmed while making my latest batch of soap.

What is it with cats!!!! Mine do the same thing. They can't wait to jump into an empty box or pan, one of mine tried to cram into a empty kleenex box!!!

My cat LOVES drinking my CP soap water... that can't be good... I have to close my bathroom all the time so he won't go in there licking my soap! One time he jumped into the cooler I use to insulate my CP soap, so tempted to close the lid...

Our kitty likes the boxes as well, he is a pretty large Maine Coon though... so finding a box that he can actually fit into is usually a challenge... :lol:

cat040876 Our male cat seems to like the soaps also. Well not all of them and he doesn't try to lick them but he does love to smell some of the stronger ones like Dragons Blood. I hope he doesn't start eating any! :shock:

Too funny. :lol: I also have a cat in the soap-pot picture along with one of 3 cats in my packed suitcase, and several other cat-in-the-box pics. Feline frolics never cease to tickle my funny bone. The crew do have to go to their rooms during soap-making sessions. Funny, our oldest gal routinely licked the bar of soap before I started making my own; now she isn't interested in the hand-made variety. I feel a little slighted. There's no accounting for taste.
