Hello,

I made soap balls years ago and can't remember what I did. I have a bunch of soap scraps to use. Should I just shred all the scraps and then add a bit of water to my hands and form them into balls that way? Or do I even need to add water? Can I just take the shreds and form them into balls?

If the shreds are old, you might need some water for the shreds to adhere.

soapbuddy,

Yes some of the scraps are older so I'll add water. Thanks.

If you take about a cup of your shreds and sprinkle them with water, let some of the water sink in before you start. I find the shreds stay better if you let them soak up some of the water first.

The soap balls with the cocoa powder look interesting.

I know I'm so excited about trying this out as it looks so cool. Of course videos make it looks so easy. I've seen so many tutorials on doing the in the pot swirl and I just can't seem to master it. One of these days I'll get it.
