How delicate are bath bombs when first molded? Could you cut one in half after removing it from the mold? Would it fall apart? I've never made one but I'm considering a process in which I would cut them in two. Is it possible?

:)

It would fall apart. You would be better off making this in a 2 piece mold.

i agree. they're not really a texture that can be cut well - they'd be more likely to crumble. they're much easier to deal with if you mold the shape you want in the first place.

Thank you for the response! I guess I need to rethink my idea. :)
