Just wondering if anyone has a massage oil recipe. I have here a 16 oz. rice bran oil and sweet almond oil and some fragrance. Also plan to add some Vitamin E. If I choose to put fragrance, how much do I put in a 16 oz. oil and how much Vitamin E (if it's ok to add).

Appreciate any recommendations. Thanks.

You don't really need a recipe. You can use either rice bran oil and sweet almond oil or use a little of both. For a massage oil, it's really best to use essential oils. If you want to use fragrance, for 16 ozs. of oil add 1/2 tsp. of fragrance. Since this will stay on the skin, you don't want to use too much.
