Teach Soap

Just signed up for Photobucket, and wanted to try to post a pic, since I've never been able to before. The first one is fragranced with BB Turkish Mocha and colored with cinnamon, and the second is BB Nag Champa, colored with Lab Colors red and Ultramarine Blue mica. Didn't turn out anything like I planned, but it's been growing on me. Thanks for looking!

Hmm..Didn't work. What am I doing wrong? I copied the IMG code.
Also tried using the URL code, but when I previewed it that didn't seem to work either.

If you ever figure it out, let me know. I haven't been able to do it either. Even after I follow the directions someone else gave me.

You can upload a pic when you post. At the bottom when you write a post you will find this: "If you wish to attach one or more files enter the details below." Click the "Browse" button than upload your pic. Then it should show up in your post.

I use photobucket for my photos here. It is very confusing and without my DH I probably never would have figured it out!

When you go into your photobucket album, hoover your cursor over the photo you want and four items will show below that photo. The 4th item say img and it should let you copy it. Copy it then come back to the message you started to post but didn't complete.

In the top of the message is the box of codes toward the end at the right it says IMG in a box. Click on the Img button then past your codes from the photo bucket inbetween the the img. I hope that helps. Good luck would love to see your pics!

Thanks, Mella. Lisa, I cleaned up the code on your second pic, previewed it (you can see the picture in preview mode if it's been done right) and it showed. You might want to resize it (use the edit feature on photobucket) and try copying the last of the four codes again. Don't insert the code in the image icon in your forum post. You can always preview before you post-if you see the picture, you've got it. Good luck!

Success! (For the most part.) I tried three times to resize the first pic, but it didn't change, although it worked for the second one. Oh well, at least they're up. Thank you Kate! I did what you said, just copy and paste the IMG code, and it worked

Love the colors on both yours & Kate's! Kate, how did you get those to shine in cp? Did you brush the mica on afterwards?

Those are lovely and the dark one looks good enough to eat for lunch! Good oh, you are a successful photo poster too! The colors of the pinky one are jazzy, I like!
